I have a blog?

How frustrating for those who were happy to find a blog that would motivate them to workout and change their life around.....

Bad Blogger....internet problems...too busy...stop the excuses and blog!

I owe you guys a lot, here is a workout for you guys to enjoy during the weekend!

*Always consult a doctor before a workout

6 sets

30 second sprint running/walk 30 seconds

rest 3min

4 sets of maximum pushups/ rest 30 seconds between sets

rest 3min

4 sets of maximum squats (minimum 15) rest 30 seconds between sets

rest 3min

1 set maximum pullups or chin-ups rest 30 seconds between sets
